So I went in there to get a price to repair a file cut in my Cuban link today 12/11/25. Not only did i not get a price, my chain/necklace was taken to back to be looked at, it was fixed on the spot. When I asked for what’s my cost for them doing that, I was told Merry Christmas. I will be a customer for life. Thanks !!!!

You can immediately tell he truly knows his craft-knowledgeable, precise, and confident in his work. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely immaculate. I felt welcomed, listened to, and well taken care of from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to find a jeweler who clearly takes pride in both their work and their customers. I took my engagement ring here to get sized down, everyone was very polite and they cleaned it so well. It is seamless and beautiful! Will recommend them to everyone I know!

I love this jewelry store. I took 2 rings I thought were bent beyond repair. Not only were they fixed, they were also polished and looked like new when I picked them up. They priced the repairs very fairly and their jewelry prices are great too... I put some earings on layaway while I was there... I will definitely be returning. They are also very nice.
