Friendly and efficient! Quickly changed 3 watch batteries all in the time it took to walk across the street and grab a coffee. Even tightened up the band on an old watch for free. Will certainly come back, and glad to have a place like this that is local!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience getting my engagement ring made at Fleisher’s in Winter 2023. We used family stones and came with an idea of how we wanted to reset them but got great advice and suggestions. The quote for the work was very reasonable and they stuck to the quote even when little changes needed to be made. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how personal the process felt, especially after we had looked into initially going through online vendors. I was also struck by Fleisher’s great selection of silver and gold jewlery— some great (and affordable) finds! My ring is stunning — be...

My wedding bands had become uncomfortably tight and when I finally managed to get them off about two months ago, I didn't put them back on. After searching Google for ring-sizing services on Friday Jene 9th, I selected Fleisher Jewelers because of the reviews and closeness. I was greeted and helped as soon as I got to the desk. Fred carefully examined my rings. He verified the size (7), the metal composition (14k yellow gold), and authenticity of all the diamonds in each ring. Then he sized my ring-finger (8.5), took photos of the rings, and filled out the work order and explained that the cost would be $125 to $150 per ring. The price woul...

Poor craftsmanship and lots of attitude. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. I resized two 18k wedding rings there and two weeks after I received the rings one of them started peeling off. When I looked at the inside of the ring my heart almost stopped. It looked terrible. I went back to the place and showed them the ring and explained what had happened. The Hispanic guy got upset and proceeded to belittle me by suggesting that my English wasn’t good enough to understand the difference between a ring that was cast and a ring that had been welded. He assured me that the ring was absolutely perfect. What I wanted was for him to a...

I've been shopping here since 2000 when a friend recommended them for some jewelry I was looking to buy my daughter. They were so helpful that I went back and had them do some engraving for me. I have shopped there 4 or 5 times a year ever since. This new location is even nicer than the old store. Artisan items, watch repair, masonic items and an amazing assortment gift items make this a great place to find something special. The guys that work there are always so helpful and welcoming. Great prices too!
