I didn't need an appointment, the employee that helped me was very pleasant, he didnt have the correct part to fix my phone but ordered it overnight. He put on liquid screen protectors for 2 of my devices and they came with $150.00 warranty for each device. Definitely will be going back for all my repair needs in the future.

I was scammed when it came to phone repair. I paid $270 for a motherboard repair. After the repair, the phone started turning off and overheating. At another company, I was told that the Fixitpro technician had torn off the contacts while disassembling the motherboard. Never deal with these scammers. They take cash and don't give a receipt.
