Before the appointment, he sent a clear estimate for both the part and labor, then followed up to let me know he would pick up the part ahead of time. On the day of service, he also sent a text when he was on his way, which I really appreciated. This time, he replaced the circulation pump in my LG dishwasher in under an hour, and everything is working perfectly.
