Fix My phone 2.0

Hello 👋🏽 👨🏽‍💻📱‼️ . This store is under new management. So technically you won’t be coming to the same place but we did take over the business and we are now called Fix my phone . But this will now be our 2nd location. Please don’t hesitate to come back . The building is now under new management . Came in to get the Power button of a phone replaced, they didn't have it. The issue I had was they took the back case off the phone, got it dirty, and did a terrible job putting the case back on. The case was halfway hanging off, chipped, peeling off, and basically left it more broken even more than before. They said it was an easy 20 minute fix and would call us once finished, but never called even after 6 and a half hours. I wish I could give a negative star review, this place was absolutely awful, never coming back.

The man in there is so so rude. We walked in at 6:13pm yesterday when the hours on the door said they close at 7:00. He was looking at us through the door and saying no I can’t help you. We are closed. I pointed to the hours on the door and said it says 7:00 and it’s only 6:13.. he did a hand gesture and told us to leave. Called just now to ask about the screen repair and he said yeah bring it in, and my friend asked the price and he hung up in our face. 0/10. So rude, the nerve…
