I went here two separate days. 1st was looking for a screw for my motherboard that nobody else in town seemingly had and they sold it to me for a buck which was very sweet and clutch of them. It didn’t end up working in my pc so I ended up ordering a kit with some online. When I was trying to install my new part, my pc wouldn’t let me login because of sum error and I couldn’t do anything about it. I brought it to them the next day they were open and was originally given a time frame of 24-48 hours which was fine all things considered. My wife had dropped her phone and the screen became unresponsive. We tried everything software wise to make sure that wasn’t the problem, and came to the conclusion that it was a digitizer issue. We requested a quote from Fix it in a Zip, and received a response in less than an hour. We stopped in, talked to the nice representative there, and he said he would call us within 1 hour to an hour and half to give us more information on the problem. We received a call in less than an hour saying the problem had been fixed, and it turns out it was just a connection issue with the digitizer and it wouldn’t need to be fully replaced. They saved us from spending hundreds sending it to Apple to get repaired or buying a new phone altogether. 100% would recommend, and if we ever need phone repair services in the future they have our business.

When it was ready for pick up, it was not repaired in the way that I was told it would be. The guy that was working When I picked it up, didn’t really seem to care. Despite being told that the housing on my iPhone would be replaced with the back glass, they told me there would be an additional $50 charge and probably couldn’t even get the part in for another week. Which sucks because I thought they were really kind people. I mentioned that I was told everything would be fixed, and the guy at the counter sa...Man, so disappointed in how this service turned out. If I could give less than one I would. shady company. Closed an entire location and failed to inform anyone whose devices were still in repair of the closing. Failed to return said devices. When called and asked about the situation all the manager can tell me is “she doesn’t know” “that’s was their store” “we will have to find it”. I would not recommend using this place for ANYTHING.
