Five Star Bath was excellent in every way, from the first time I contacted them all the way thru the replacement of our shower. They kept us informed every step of the way. The salesperson was very helpful with ideas, and the installation crew was excellent. We love our new shower. Would highly recommend.
They started with the most straightforward, reasonable bid. They delivered on everything we agreed to. My condo has special issues but they powered through and got the work done with excellent skill.. I love this bathroom.
We are so happy with our Five Star experience! Some of the highlights of this experience include communication with Five Star and the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of the contractors. Communication: From the beginning of the remodel process, Stacy and Jackson were excellent with scheduling and our initial consultation. We especially appreciated our initial consultation with Jackson. He listened carefully to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and gave us a clear timeline for when we could expect a project proposal. Going forward in the remodel process, both Stacy and Jackson welcomed further questions and consistently... We are so happy with our Five Star experience! Professionalism, Expertise, Efficiency: Our remodel team included a team of 4 contractors--Nelson, Adrian, Tony, and Matt. All of the workers were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Because we were doing a full bathroom remodel that included a lot of tile and drywall work, we appreciated having professionals who had worked extensively in these fields. All of the workers were also great at answering our questions and getting our input throughout the remodel process. Finally, the job was originally scheduled to take 4 days, and our team was able to finish in 3. Pictures & context: Our remodel job included gutting the entire bathroom and replacing all fixtures. Five Star gutted everything, installed new bathroom fixtures (shower, toilet, vanity/sink), redid the floor, and redid all of the drywall. We painted and plan to finish the baseboards ourselves.
