Really good experience here. We were greeted by a salesman relatively soon after entering the store. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. Just letting us know he was there if we needed help.
There was a great selection of furniture. Very wide variety. They had what we wanted in stock (unlike other stores we went to in the Valley) in multiple colors. We were able to pick it up that same day when we were available to do so. Also a great price for what we got.

Disappointing, found a couch set that we liked. Are sales person was Jason the account manager, he was friendly and knowledgeable but fell short regarding communication. We shared with him our timming needed on this couch and every week I called he said it was delayed. Hey, I get it. The problem I have is the poor communication and follow-up. Every week I called he said they would have it the next week until I called the next week and then he would say it was delayed another week. Honestly don't waist your time with this local small business, we went don't to furniture row in draper and found a better couch for about around the same price and...Disappointing, found a couch set that we liked. My advice for any sales person is, identify your customer, identify what they need, identify why they need it, and identify how you as a salesperson can best help deliver on the customer experience. Jason fell short on this, if you can't deliver on some basic expectations, just let the customer know. I was mislead when in the show room and he said that he could have delivered in 7- 10 days, the next week I called he said that he didn't have the two sofas. Maybe since he is the account manager he has to much on his plate. A sales person is a hard job, Jason was friendly and knowledgeable but fell short of expectations on the close and simple communication. Trucks get delayed, but it would have been great if he reached out to me so I could make a change of plans instead of me having to call him every Friday at the end of the week to then tell me the delivery was delayed again from California.
Anyway if your looking for furniture, check out furniture row, more variety, better prices, better in-stock and more flexibility. (Furntiture row in salt lake is 5 or 6 large furniture stores all on the same road.
(Just a side note, read the reviews with one star. It appears that I am not the only person who has had issues when they say something will be delivered).

We've made purchases here before. They have a wonderful selection of fine quality furniture. The sales people are very knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help you make the best choices for you and your home. We have to drive for over an hour to get to their store and it's always worth the drive. We will be back.
