The entire crew was very kind and professional. Had a blaze king princess 32 installed. I couldn’t be more happier with the entire process. The service that first response provided was fantastic. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.
First Response replaced our chimney top, cap, and veneer siding on our tall chimney, and removed our propane log kit so we could use wood (now with a propane starter). They sealed the new chimney veneer and cleaned and sealed the areas of stone veneer on the front of the house. So, for us, it was a big project. From the start, William (Owner) was knowledgeable and responsive. I was glad that he and Allison, who coordinated the work from the office, welcomed my emailed and texted questions, unlike many contractors. And Allison was always professional & friendly. William and his crew did an excellent job. Can’t say enough about his crew. They were friendly and meticulous in their installation. And believe me the defiant stove I got was heavy and went up 12 stairs! I would recommend them without hesitation. By the way the wood stove works like a charm! Easy operate and Keeps our house nice and warm.I recommend this business highly!

Great service. Got in and out for a full chimney lining and Wood Stove install. Also, they are a Blaze King dealer so no complaints here. Techs were knowledgeable and have attention to detail. Solid company and would 100% recommend.
