Had a roof leak in a 15 x 20 area near an HVAC unit. Great service, great price, and obviously they did a GREAT job because we just had 4 days of rain and nothing is leaking. If needed, I’ll use them again.

My roof is complicated -- it's large with many steep pitches, heavy cement tiles, two real chimneys, gables, etc. After 20+years, it was time to re-do it. Most of the tiles were fine, but the underlayment needed replacing and whatever else lurked underneath that. Got 3 estimates from 3 different companies, including First Quality Roofing. The 3 estimates were wildly different -- one was almost double the highest of the other other 2 estimates. Didn't know which company to go with, so I asked some of my local contractor friends, and they recommended First Quality Roofing. I'm glad I did. Great service. Quality work. They did a fantastic job. It has been almost 3 years now since they finished their work, and not a single complaint, no leaks, nothing -- even after all the recent heavy rain storms. I highly recommend this company. And no, I didn't go with the company that had submitted the hugely overinflated estimate! Kym Cushing

I call First Quality Roofing every year to have my roof inspected for any damage. This year the roof needed some tiles replaced. As usual, the gentleman who came was very polite and did an excellent job!

The roof replacement itself was done well. The crew from First Quality Roofing was hard working and the job was completed efficiently. The finished product looks great. I felt confident in the quality of the work and greatly appreciated the detailed estimate and warranty provided. The administrative side left a lot to be desired. After paying the company in full, I received a pre-lien notice from one of their suppliers, which was unexpected and concerning. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure that vendor was paid and to obtain the appropriate lien release to protect my property. To their credit, the office eventually resolved the issue and sent the necessary documentation, but only after persistent follow-up on our end. Homeowners should not be left chasing down paperwork when they’ve already fulfilled their end of the contract. I’d recommend working with them, but would also advise anyone to stay on top of the paperwork and request lien waivers upfront prior to payment in full.

this company is charging me with four sheets of plywood I did not agree to, and the company can only charge up to 3 sheets per their contract.
