I had a problem with my washer draining. Andrew from First California Appliances visited on the same day to make a diagnostic. He cleaned a filter but unfortunately a drain pump had to be replaced. He had the part in his car and repaired my washer immediately. I am very impressed by the professional service of this company. Great price, very quick and customer oriented. Vitaly has been to our house twice in the past two weeks. First to freplace a refrigerator ice maker that had been broken for more than a year, and today to fix a range that had burners that didn't work. We've had three repairmen trying to fix it in the last two years. Vitaly diagnosed the probable cause when he came to fix the refrigerator, and today he fixed the range. He is a hard worker and can figure out any appliance issue. We are very thankful!

Absolutely terrible service. Came and gave me an estimate for repair - and then completely disappeared. Never answers the phone, never responds to emails, nothing. It's been nearly 4 months that I've been trying to get them to just come fix my appliance and I guess they don't want the business.
