My husband and I were in the process of swapping out wood stoves when we ran into an unexpected problem. We called Ian to see if he could help. Despite a busy schedule, Ian quickly fit us in on short notice and did an excellent job replacing the stove. Ian is very knowledgeable and did professional, high quality work. We are very thankful for his help. Highly recommended company.
Ian did an awesome job repairing our chimney. He was extremely professional and talked me through everything he was doing. He was conscientious of my newborn as well which I really appreciated. He went out of his way to recommend a better grate for our fireplace and even offered other helpful tips for first time chimney owners. He also made sure to clean up the boxes before leaving which was nice attention to detail. There’s a reason these reviews are so high. Ian communicated in a timely manner; he was kind, did a great job cleaning our wood stove as well as giving me several pointers for maintaining and extending the life of our unit. He will definitely be our regular wood stove maintenance/cleaning guy. Thank you.
