Installation was easy and logs look nice; however, customer service is incredibly slow. No one in the office is allowed to answer questions and everything has to go through the male owner, who is knowledgeable but rarely available. I was told he has no cell phone to reach him and must leave messages through the office and haven’t heard back. This has gone on for months.
Fire logs and product looks great, and functions well, but they have very slow and poor customer services. Office staff doesn't know anything about anything, and lack a proactive approach to assist. All they do is defer everything to the owner, who is rarely available.
RUN DON'T WALK away from this business!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is awful... They don't return calls. And let's just say they are not even able to tell you how to light a pilot light on their fireplaces!!!! Go ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!
Knowledgeable staff, willing to answer questions. Their web site offers PDF product documentation -- nice.
