We recently had gas logs installed in our fireplace. The staff was wonderful. They did not try to upsell us at all. They answered all my questions. The installation experience was good. The installers were polite, respectful of our home, and efficient. Our experience here was excellent!
We are very happy with the work and service provided by Fireplace Fashions. We had 2 gas log sets, and a gas insert installed. The sales rep was very nice and even got us a floor model for a significant discount. The installation crew were very kind and respectful. Couldn't have asked for more, and all at a great price. From sales to installation, the team at Fireplace Fashions delivered white glove service. Mike, Andrew, Nick, and their installation/service staff are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price was right for our new gas insert as well. Countless friends and family members recommended Fireplace Fashions and I do, too. This fireplace has made our home cozy and already reduced energy costs. The installation team also humored my request to change the esthetic of the fireglass to suit my preference. Been looking around for a new fireplace for quite sometime. Got quotes from a couple different fire place divisions in Rochester. I had two reputable company’s come to my house. Fireplace Fashions and Millerbrick. Mike from Fireplace fashions was very knowledgeable! He had a helper with him, very sweet kid. They both have been at Fireplace fashions for many years. Josh from Millerbrick was very caring and went above and beyond what was asked of him! His helper, lovely girl. Josh has been with Millerbrick for a couple of years. The Lead Technician at Fireplace fashions has an account with (20+) years experience at Fireplace fashions? The lead Tech has worked at both companies before. Same career choice, different locations. With a lie of the timeframe of employment. That sums up my decision on going with Millerbrick. If you can lie about the duration of employment. You’re not touching the gas in my home.
