Josh was awesome he serviced our gas insert fireplace. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and wanted to make sure everything was safe for our family. I highly recommend this company. He serviced our gas fireplace a few weeks ago, but we were still having issues with it, so he came back today, and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. We recently had the pleasure of working with Fireplace & Chimney Professionals to convert our propane fireplace into a wood-burning one, along with adding beautiful surrounding stonework. Their entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They also worked seamlessly with other contractors on-site who were handling framing and electrical work. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they took in bringing our vision to life.
