Our experience with Todd and his team was outstanding in every way. Todd communicated effectively and had his crew on site promptly, as promised. They did an excellent job with the restoration work in our home and did so in a timely manner. Todd's report of the work done was meticulous and accurate. The FCS team has a well-deserved reputation for being ethical; we highly recommend this company.
FCS came out this morning to clean up after I had a grease fire in my kitchen. I can’t think of any other word besides wonderful! The owner Todd bent backwards fighting my insurance company for us, and him and his crew that came to my house were so down to earth, efficient, just all around wonderful people! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the unfortunate situation of a fire clean up!
I called FCS when some motential mold was found during a home inspection. Todd, the owner, met me at the house the next morning and evaluated the situation. Todd was so helpful and came prepared to handle the job that day. He even offered to speak to the buyer of the home and gave them a comfort level about the situation. Todd was consultative, professional and 100% trustworthy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Todd and FCS.

Todd came out Monday morning to inspect and was here first thing Tuesday morning with his crew to take care of everything I requested. Their immediate assistance was outstanding to say the least! We had a flood at our home in New Hampshire and reacted like most homeowners would - shock...deer-in-headlights...get mad...then start figuring out what to do. This whole process was made 1,000 times easier when we were referred to Todd and his team at Fire Clean-Up Services. Unfortunately the water damage was bad enough in our place that very little was salvaged...but the fact that Todd & his team responded and came in the SAME DAY the call was put in and went through the entire process of drying out, throwing out and gutting the first floor of the home without our intervention was amazing. To have had to do this on our own would have tak...
