Fensu Dream Fence

I have been a long-time customer. Had Fensu install my backyard fence in 2009 I believe. The quality of the fence, customer service, and durability/installation of the fence, all exceeded my expectations. Throughout the years, we had to call Fensu a few times to fix the fence b/c of the wind. Chris is always quick to respond and always willing to help, and is very reasonable on the cost. I would highly recommend Fensu for all of your fencing needs.

I hired Fensu Fence several years ago to replace several sections of a cedar privacy fence. They did an excellent job. They were skilled, professional and their price was very fair. Every time I need work done on my fence or patio, I reach out to them because I am confident they will deliver. I recently had two cedar panels of a patio replaced, and Fensu, as always, did an excellent job, working quickly, efficiently, and producing excellent results at a reasonable price.

I had Fensu installed a 100-foot long, 8-foot tall wood fence six years ago. I was quite happy with the result, and had them back to install a 35-foot long, 6-foot tall wood fence two years later. Their work is as good, or better, than anybody else, but what really sets Chris and his team apart is the way they continues to support their product for years after the installation. Fensu installed beautiful cedar fencing and gates at my property in Charlestown in 2021. Recently, I had an issue where one of my gates was damaged. I contacted Chris at Fensu and within 24 hours my gate was repaired and looking as great as the day it was installed. There are so many Fence companies in the Boston area but I am still so happy I went with Fensu. Their work is amazing and obviously their customer service cannot be beat. If you are exploring companies for a fencing project I cannot say enough good things about Fensu.

Chris and his team did magnificent job. Turned my yard from a dark dingy place to a very bright inviting environment. From the gentleman who took the measurements to the installers, everything was done very professionally, I couldn’t be more pleased. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Fensu! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and above all, incredibly kind and understanding during a stressful situation with our fence installation. After the initial work was completed, a neighbor unexpectedly challenged the property line, forcing us into a month-long ordeal involving a second land survey. A+++ experience with Fensu, who installed a 6' tall scalloped cedar fence with 1" spaces between slats with gate and a matching 4' side fence with gate on a property in Boston. Initial meeting was with Mike, who was super helpful; scheduling was prompt with manager Chris, who worked to accommodate an especially good install time for me. Communication throughout was great. The crew (foreman Helmuth) were fantastic and H was great about talking through points of decision when some oddity of installation came up.
