Overall happy with the service and product from Fence Guys. The cost for the product was very fair. I do think there is an opportunity for them to improve their quotes (lack of language around material vs labor costs), and their original measurements were off. They also didn't really have a blueprint/drawing with measurements for the on-site team to use, which did cause the first frame to be fabricated too small. But they made another one and installed next day which was great. It did take some time from quote and first payment to install, but this is typical for the busy season so I wasn't worried. We will most likely use them for the gate on the other side of our house when we are ready to replace. 5/5 recommend.
Edited to add: Our fence adjoins with our neighbor's, when the crew replaced our gate the neighbor's was no longer operable. We called Fence Guys and asked them to fix, they were out within a week and rehung the neighbor's gate so it works as it did before the project. This is excellent practice and improved our opinion of them even more.

The Fence guys did a really good job on my iron fence in front and the back I had privacy fence. It was really nice to see the fence is all enclosed. I love the iron fence gates and so forth.
Also, the privacy fence was put in with mental stakes to secure the fence. Great job!

The Fende Guys crew was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and built us a solid fence at a reasonable price. A lot of messaging was automated throughout the process so I knew when/what things were happening along the way. My dog is thrilled and the neighbors keep saying how nice it looks!
