They messed up our trim 2 x. They do not believe the customer is right and do not think your time or missing work or your kids' games is valuable. The first crew they send out showed up with no wood to raise the floor which we paid for, then they went and got the wrong size. To try and make up time lost (even though the job was scheduled for 2 days) they sped through the trim work and botched it all Gooping white caulk all over the place. Then running out of our house when we asked them to stop and said to call the store. They also messed up all of the transitions. Then running out of our house when we asked them to stop and said to call the store. They also messed up all of the transitions. The store sent out a field manager who said that we were correct, the work was terrible. All new quarter round had to be ordered, all new transitions had to be ordered and a new piece of trim had to be replaced. Then the second crew showed up, they seemed to have no idea what had to be done. They began removing more trim than needed to be removed and took off paint. They also add an odd piece of white trim not connected to anything on black stairs. Looked terrible. The store manager is very un-responsive and acts like you are putting them out when you need them to correct their errors It took almost 3 weeks for them to let me talk to corporate. Then the VP said someone would call me and when he didn't after several days this is what she emailed "I promised he would be reaching out soon and he will." They do not put customers first. Your time and effort doesn't matter to them when they make mistakes. In the end, the trim work was finished and they got the paint to fix the unnecessary nicks in the paint. And for missing our kids games, time, effort and tracking them down to advocate for ourselves we got a $50 gift card. Photos below are from the first installers.
