I had an excellent experience with this computer repair shop! They fixed my Microsoft Surface very fast and kept me updated throughout the process. The front desk person was super attentive and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Fayetteville Tech Repair! My grandson PS5 wasn't working and just by me telling them what it was doing, they knew the problem. They have repaired not only his PS5, but 3 Ipad screens. My items were always ready when promised. I absolutely love them. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff is amazing. This place is a joke. I sent my laptop in July 2025. It is now January 2026 in which I accepted a replacement for my laptop because they could not fix the screen to my previous laptop. The most frustrating part about this was not their inability to fix it, but the lack of communication, integrity and honesty their business practices. I've had No calls with the promise of one, I've showed up at the site at open time when no one was there, and they have continually pushed back their work on my laptop. I finally got the replacement (though I was promised the Replacement and my own laptop to use for parts. This was an apology for the wait) thoug... This place is a joke.
