Sam was awesome! He was here on time/early. He quickly assessed and diagnosed the situation and went through my options… from purchasing a new motor to repairing the existing motor…I wanted to start with the latter as we are selling this house. Fortunately he was able to fix the disassembled wire controlling the closed position. He was very courteous and professional.
