I called at 7:30am and got a two hour window from 8am to 10am for someone to come by. Got a text from Yefrin at around 8:40am that he was on his way. Once he got here I explained the problem and we determined that I need a new water heater. He tried getting me a replacement on warranty but our warranty expired about 3 months ago. He gave me a reasonable estimate and said he could be back to do the job between 1pm and 3pm the same day. At around 11am, he texted again and said he can have a crew available at around 11:30am to do the job. He and his crew are friendly and courteous and did the job in a timely way and cleaned up after themselves. They also helped us with a bad wax ring on one of our toilets and again charge us a fair price considering they were already on site. They really are fast and efficient and we appreciated their professionalism. Definitely have them on speed dial!

Billy and his coworker arrived two hours after making the call. They unstopped my bathroom sink right away after I had unsuccessfully tried many times and different ways. Will definitely use this plumbing service if needed in the future.

Very clean, meticulous, and proper work. Rerouted water lines, gas line, and installed new drainage and waterline for a washer and gas dryer relocation. Worker did not cut corners, doubled checked work along the way to make sure it was working properly along the way. They were on time, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Updated 2026: we needed to replace an 80 year old drainpipe what was leaking into the house when it rained, so these guys were the first I called. Billy gave me a fair price and made sure the work was excellent - not just the basics but the little details too, like adjusting our gutter drainpipe that fed it to make sure it connected cleanly without me having to call a gutter company to finish Original review: These guys are my long-time favorite plumbers in SF. It's possible to get an appointment without waiting too long, their prices are fair (plumbers are never "cheap"), but most of all they're good at their trade.

I’ve been using Fast Response for years. From the first service to today, they’ve always arrived when the say they will (amazing) and none of the plumbers have ever tried any shady practices. They’ve always been very honest about the nature of my plumbing issues and have even saved me money, providing good practical advice and low cost fixes.
