Had a phone repaired here and wow, talk about quick and painless. Staff member told me an hour, and right on the dot it was done. Smooth and works like a charm, can't really ask for anything else. Business was handled really professionally! Good stuff, keep it up you guys, it won't go unnoticed :)
Overall this place provides great service. I made the mistake of spiking my phone to the carpet because I became frustrated. Even though it's in an Otterbox, there was some internal damage. I decided to take it to Fast Fone Repair because it would've been too expensive to replace. They ran a couple of tests and found out I had damaged the main board inside. The quote I received was fair and told them to proceed in fixing it. Since it was going to be a few days for them to receive the part and make the repair they were kind enough to give me a loaner phone. When all was said and done I had my phone back good as new and I was happy. I asked the... Overall this place provides great service. I asked them about the glass screen protector I had on it and they said they had to remove it to make the repair, but would order me another one, free of charge, if I wanted them to. I said yes and when it came in they installed it, since I had asked them to. The guys that work here are knowledgeable,friendly, and willing to help you out. I couldn't have asked for better service.
These guys helped me so much! My phone decided to plunge out of my hands and it successfully died. (And tricked me because the screen wasn't cracked, but my LCD was completely gone. I couldn't get the screen to turn on at all.) When I brought it in they didn't push me one bit like some places will. They were also recommended to me by Verizon to fix it. When I got it fixed everything was great on it! About a month later I brought it back because something has been happening with my speaker. I was preparing for the thing you experience at a lot of places where they say "Oh, that's not our problem." But that's the exact opposite of what happened... These guys helped me so much! If you want cheaper prices on things, you have to get a phone that everyone else has. I fully believe they know what they're doing and if anything else ever arises, I will definitely be back.
My screen had been terribly cracked for 6 months and a coworker referred me to FAST FONE REPAIR. I went there the same day as soon as they opened and had my screen replaced within an hour! The customer service was absolutely terrific and I could not had gotten a better deal elsewhere!! They have my phone looking brand new. They included a tempered glass and gave me good advise concerning cases. They really made my day. 😄 I really appreciate the A+ customer service. Keep up the good work, guys!
