Josh was AWESOME!! My husband and I were passing through, only in town for a week. I needed a new battery and my husband's case was broken. We reached out, he ordered the parts and fixed us both up!! Small company--married couple working well in tandem--from a business center office just off main street in Rock Springs, Wyoming, with large adjacent offstreet parking lot. Great diagnostic skill (to non-techie me), with a clear explanation of issues they found with my computer, and a fair and fairly close estimate of anticipated costs. I was SO happy to find them!
Had a big issue with my PC and brought it in. Not counting the holiday weekend and having to order the motherboard he fixed the issue way faster than I anticipated . 10/10 would come in again! Thanks Josh!
Josh did a amazing job on my computer. It was very sick when I brought it in. One day later I got it back. Runs like lightning now. Great price on the repair I highly recommend this business. I will definitely be back if I need future work.
