1. Terrible Location & Parking The location is inconvenient and poorly designed. There’s virtually no parking available, as it's in a cramped shared building next to a busy pool supply store and Raising Cane's, which already brings in heavy traffic. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a hassle. 2. Unwelcoming Atmosphere The customer service is lacking. You’re not greeted or acknowledged upon entry, even when multiple staff members are visibly present. They’ll look at you walking in but won’t say a word—there's no sense of hospitality or urgency to assist. 3. Low-Quality Parts The screen replacements they use are not OEM (original equip... 1. You’re not greeted or acknowledged upon entry, even when multiple staff members are visibly present. They’ll look at you walking in but won’t say a word—there's no sense of hospitality or urgency to assist. 3. Low-Quality Parts The screen replacements they use are not OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. The materials feel cheap, and the screens often don’t fit iPhone correctly, affecting both function and appearance. 4. Recurring Issues After getting one issue fixed, it’s not uncommon for something else to go wrong shortly after—forcing you to come back. This raises concerns about the quality of their repairs and whether it’s a strategy to generate more profit. 5. Incentive Reviews Many of the positive reviews seem to be incentive. They used to offer discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews written while you were still in the store. However, the discount was often minimal—just enough to cover the sales tax. This practice skews the authenticity of their overall rating and explains the lack of recent, organic feedback. 6. Slow Turnaround Time The service is much slower than advertised. Even for minor fixes, you could be waiting several hours—or even days—for completion. 7. Understaffed or Unfocused Despite having several employees present, usually only one person is actually working on repairs. Others are either coming in and out, working on unrelated tasks like car maintenance, or just standing around. This creates long wait times even when the store isn't that busy. 8. Unprofessional Owner The owner often comes across as rude and unprofessional. Just look at how he responds to negative reviews online—it’s defensive and inappropriate for someone running a customer-facing business. 9. Misleading Warranty Their warranty isn’t worth purchasing. It excludes common issues like water damage and physical damage—the very reasons most people would want coverage in the first place. 10. Privacy Concerns When you provide them with your pass-code, so they can access your device for repairs, they allegedly store your personal data on their laptop. This raises major privacy and security concerns, as there's no transparency about how your data is handled, stored, or protected.
