T. Farragher is an honest, efficient, and fully capable professional. The sharing of his professional insight and honesty saved me more than $100 in repair costs. When our clothes dryer needed repaired or replaced, my concern as an octogenarian ( and retired automobile factory maintenance journeyman) was that I would be ripped off. After much research I decided to get an estimate to replace the rollers, belt, idling pulley, and tension spring; then to either repair or purchase a new dryer. Our hood vent over the range stopped working. I called them to come out and look at it and within two minutes of him being here he said since You need to access the roof that it would have to wait until spring, it’s December. Nothing was diagnosed, we have no idea what is even wrong with it. He went into the attic for two minutes and brought back a trail of insulation all over the floor, and when I asked why the receptionist didn’t ask me if it was on the roof, because it could’ve saved us both the time of them coming out, His reply was she’s not qualified to ask those questions she just does the scheduling….. and that I should have told her...
