Our chimney was compromised due to cracks in the mortar joints and crown. It was causing a leak in the ceiling of our garage. Francisco and everybody working for Fan chimney services were just great... hard workers and friendly people! It was a beautiful job, done right. We have lived in this house for almost 4 years and we haven’t been able to utilize our fireplace because we live on a hill and the house fills up with smoke during/after fires. We finally pulled the trigger on the chimney fan install a week before Christmas and we’ve had a fire almost every day since. We couldn’t be happier with Francisco’s work and professionalism.
