Not pictured is the other side of the vehicle which was hanging off about an 8-10ft drop and Ron came to the rescue for over an hour and a half, super nice understanding guy, really tried his best to not harm the vehicle more than already was. Thank you Ron!!!
My husband and I would like to give a shout out to Falzone Towing. On 10/8/25 our F-350 and 5th wheel trailer had a break down near Wilkes-Barre, PA. The truck drivers that towed the truck, 5th wheel trailer, and us were very knowledgeable and highly professional. They were very understanding and compassionate about the frustration of having a breakdown far away from home. We highly recommend Falzone's Towing and would use them again if needed. Jesse Jimenez cleared a double fed ex transport that jack knifed blocking I81 with 100s of people blocked up by instructing the driver how to expertly maneuver on ice and snow with a hill causing tires to elevate in a tshirt in 30 degree weather. You are the man! Get a jacket. Its cold out here.
Quality customer service from start to finish. I had my tractor towed and the radiator replaced within 24 hours, which is above and beyond the service standards. It has all the substance of a happy and healthy experience. Family-owned and operated, with a history of integrity. Tower Burnie is awesome. We conversed the entire time. He reminds me of one of my favorite actors, Joe Pesci. Just a super positive and profession experience!!!
Best Tow Service in Wilkes Barre PA 2026 -I want to highlight how professional and experienced this crew of people at Falzone's towing is. I was stuck on the side of Mundy St on my way to the super charger and my car died. I should have charged the night before but I thought I could hold off. I called my usual AAA provider and they were no help. They did not have the proper equipment to tow my 2021 Tesla Model Y. I had to leave my car overnight while they stumbled around just to tell me the next day there was nothing that they could do. So my wife googled and called Falzones and within 30 minutes they showed up and got my car on the skates an... They also are taking it down to the closest tesla service center in White Hall Township which is an hour away from where we live in Wilkes Barre. They were completely professional, They were flexible with holding my vehicle while I talked to Tesla to get an updated appointment. The total cost was only $572 and some change compared to the $750 tesla roadside was going to charge us. Michaela was great customer support and so was the other guy who initially got me scheduled as well as the truck operator who came and out and assisted swiftly. I do not know what we would do without Falzones with such a reasonable price and such great service. They are the only towing/service center we will be using for our vehicles.
