Disappointed they no longer do work for residential properties, but they've done jobs for me twice before.

Honest company! I’m from out of town and needed some fence material to repair an existing chain link fence. I asked them if the sell to the public and the gentleman said they do. However he said it would be cheaper to go with a different company for the materials. To me that’s a very honest company. If I lived closer I’d use them for all my fencing needs.

This is a great business for your fencing needs. Very personable people and they do a great job. Would highly recommend to any business needing fencing.

My neighbor had a fence installed by someone else whom I will not say got the name of the company. I called Fall City Fence to come and do mine. And their work was excellent ( flawless) the guys who came to do the job were very professional and they got the job done. They even cleaned up the mess that was left behind. Needless to say my neighbor wishes he wouldn't have got the first company that he talked to do the job. Thanks J & R for a job well done. As a result of a downed tree, I have called several subcontractors for various small jobs, one of which was replacing a 20-foot section of chain-link fence. It's MADDENING to call 20-plus contractors only to have NO ONE call you back. So, imagine my level of appreciation when Wes from Fall City Fencing called me back just a few minutes after leaving a message. Unfortunately, due to weather, and several large commercial jobs, he was unable to help me, but he took time out of his day to let me know, and pass on the name of someone who could help me. Wes, thank you for being a decent human being and running your business the right way! Great customer service for someone who wasn't even a customer... He called me back, help me solve my problem, and got my day moving forward. If I ever have a large commercial job, Wes at Fall City Fencing will get the call!

We recently had a 200ft. x6ft.chain link fence installed.We were very happy with the crew that performed the work and the office personnel. The job started about one week early and and was completed ahead of schedule. I would like to thank everyone at Falls City Fence. I highly recommend Falls City Fence from Louisville Kentucky for fencing and electric gate needs! They installed an electronic gate and fence for us. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - our experience with the Falls City Fence team was great from the beginning of the planning stages to the completion of the project! We were amazed at how smooth the entire process flowed, and how the fence company coordinated with the electric company to make sure everything was done in the correct sequence to meet the targeted completion date. We just moved to Louisville about 2 months ago and hired Falls City Fence Company to help us put up a fence so that our two golden retriever puppies could play outside. Jackie, the receptionist and the owner, Hal's wife, is the sweetest lady we've ever dealt with! She was so nice and helpful, setting all the appointments for us in a very timely manner. Hal came several times for the measurement due to the change of our plan in the size of the yard we'd like to fence and he also provided with many helpful suggestions to make our decision process easier. All the jobs were finished in two weeks and we are very satisfied with everything including the service and the price. We'd definitely consider hiring them again if we'd like to extend the fence to a larger area in the future. Nothing is more important than dealing with nice and effective company like them!! :)

What a great company. Hal had entered into a contract with my Dad just a day before my dad passed, and was very understanding on me trying to coordinate everything so I could have the gate my Dad ordered for his property installed. It was installed promptly and didn't require me to be at the house. They did a wonderful job, and I will be hiring them again to do our fence in a few months!

Absolutely loved working with Hal Hoffman, his lovely wife, and their phenomenal team of men whom installed our vinyl privacy fence!!! Each time I called, Hal or his wife were so friendly and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Hal even called me back on a Saturday and came out to our house when a section of the fence came apart. The following Monday, a few of the gentlemen that installed our fence, came out and fixed the problem at no additional charge to us! We had our fence installed in 2 separate phases due to our neighbors privacy fence failing. The second part of the installation went as smoothly as the initial phase did, and my parents and I were thrilled with the work, yet again!!! I would HIGHLY recommend working with this wonderful company and everyone involved. They are all so wonderful and professional!! Thank you Falls City Fence for our beautiful privacy fence that allows us and our pooches to enjoy our back yard!!
