They are a great team that is knowledgeable in grass care and weed prevention. Donavin has taken care of our yard and discussed the importance of treatment and care and has transformed our lawn from a weedy Bermuda yard into a clean and healthy lawn. Excited to see year two.
*Update*.. Scott Mitchell contacted us regarding the refund check and was very apologetic about the situation and said he was going to make every effort to fix what had happened and make sure it doesnt happen to another person in the future. He was very professional and put our check in the mail the same day. We received the check standard over night and feel like he went above and beyond to fix the problem. We are completely satisfied..... So we had termite control on the house by our builder. Had them come out to do inspection and gave technician the bill the day of service. A month later they sent a bill and left messages saying I was pas... *Update*.. After this continued for almost 2 months, I finally broke down and paid AGAIN with a credit card, only for the original check to finally go through my account, exactly 2 months from me writing it, like I said I did. I have called 3 times and demanded a refund since I've paid twice but I get the same response, checks in the mail. It's been almost 3 weeks and no check. I've even asked for tracking on the check but none was given. Beware if your owed a refund.
We renewed our subscription with Fairway for the fourth year. This year I added some additional properties. Mike, in sales was very professional and helpful in setting up exactly as I needed. He even worked through all the details and provided me with savings. Starting this new year with expectations of beautiful lawns. Jim
