Factory Shoe Repair

OMG this was absolutely the worst thing in life I’ve ever experienced, I took 3 pairs of Jordans ( playoff 12, cherry 13, Rising Sun 12) to get re-glued and it took almost a month just to get my shoe back. I went back in several times to glue in the wrong places on the shoe and glues all over my shoes. In the final attempt to reconcile my disappointment the lady kicked me out the store after saying insult after insult to me in her own frustration. Mind you I had paid a $25 deposit of the $85 job that she never completed. On that day I told her to keep the deposit for her time and efforts and I took my merchandise back. This place is a complete scam! I brought in my shoes for a simple repair, and while they fixed the original issue, they deliberately damaged the other shoe that had no problems. They used cheap glue that barely held up, clearly setting me up to return and pay again. This is not just bad business—it’s fraud. Do not trust them with your belongings. They are dishonest, unethical, and preying on customers. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be scammed!!!

She repaired my Harley davidson boots. The sole had cracked on one boot. For $45.00, my boots look brand new. My boyfriend wheel replacement on his suitcase was repaired here. Excellent and fast service.👍

The woman in there is a lil off her rocker. She told me that it was going to be $14 to have taps put on boots and a $7 deposit was required. As I was about to pay the deposit she then said I had to pay the full $14. I stated that I was ok with paying the $7 deposit but I wasn't ok with paying the full amount without seeing how my boots looked after the work was done plus u said a $7 deposit. If she would've said I had to pay the full $14 upfront in order to get my boots repaired I probably woulda paid it but don't tell me a $7 deposit is required and then change what u told me. Very unprofessional! Won't be returning there!
