F&C has been out a few times and the service is always top notch. When it was not worth spending any more money to repair our old washers, Fred was up front about the issues. He was even able to source some more sturdy washers for a very reasonable price.
Fred was responsive and flexible with our schedule for the repair of our fridge. He came out within a few hours of us contacting him, fixed the issue and followed up after the work was done. And all for a reasonable price.
Fred is prompt, honest, knowledgable and had my dryer up & running 24 hours after my initial call! Details of repairs with costs agreed to before work began. HIGHLY recommend!
I called day of and Fred was at the house a couple hours later was able to identify and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. Time and parts reasonably priced.
