Recently moved from Alaska and needed help getting my bathroom redone. The last thing you need when doing a DIY remodel is buying the wrong product or making a mistake. I needed a single roll of quality vinyl. The box stores now only carry a couple very thin options or thin individual stick tiles. I wanted a little cushion and something that would hold up for years. For a bathroom I didn't want any seams for hygiene reasons - so no stick down squares. Amber explained all the options - quality - thickness. She took me back to the warehouse to show me what they had in stock so i could actually see the differences in manufacturing. One option in stock was awesome but just a couple inches short. They had many sample books but I found a flooring I really liked online and they were able to order exactly what I wanted. It arrived in about 10 days I think. The price was great. The next challenge was fitting it in my Jeep. The roll was 12 feet long. My tiny bathroom needed 7 feet in length and that would fit. Didn't want to pay extra for factory cut and risk a mistake on their end. Didn't want to pay extra for a delivery service. So I went to their warehouse in back of the store and they helped me cut it to length - re-roll the vinyl - wrap it up and load it in my Jeep. No extra charge. Thank you so much for all your help. See photos for before and after. After demo I discovered floor rot so a friend helped me patch it in and lay down a thin underlayment which keeps the vinyl real smooth. All the materials - vinyl - glue - tools and underlayment and even the gas to get everything. came in just under $300. P.S. I still have to restore the trim on the window.
