Vinny helped me tremendously!! I was traveling in North Carolina and had a connector issue with my laptop issue. I called Vinny and he immediately jumped in to help me. He determined an alternative way to fix my laptop connection issue and had the connectors I needed! I picked it up the next day and my laptop worked!
