I took my computer in today to Experimax due to issues. The gentlemen who fixed my computer was Julio and he was phenomenal. My computer is now working without any issues. He was very professional and patient. I would highly recommend this place of business for all your computer issues.
I had an excellent experience at Experimax. They replaced my phone screen with a super quick turnaround, and it’s been two weeks with absolutely no issues — the phone works perfectly. I also brought in my personal laptop, and the staff ran a quick diagnosis and even helped remove the hard disk for me. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Overall, I give them 5 stars for their awesome service. Highly recommend!
Absolutely saved my laptop, first time I’ve ever survived the flashing question mark in a system crash. Beyond nice and super knowledgeable tech (Julio) that went to great lengths to take care of my system, fix it, gave extra care, I’m just incredibly grateful to have found someone I can trust!
