They did a 150 point inspection after I purchased a JCW, performed the Dinan tune and installed the Dinan cold air intake. They also replaced the wiring harness after it was chomped on by squirrels. So far I’ve had a great experience, communication is quick and effortless. I’ll be taking the car back next time it needs some TLC.
At 10 am today, I heard screeching noises from my Tesla Model 3 in a parking lot at my gym. While at the gym, I was searching for avenues for people to check my car. Excluservice was one of the few shops that actively advertise that they can handle Tesla. I knew there was going to be weeks waiting for the Tesla Service Center. So I tested my luck and contacted Excluservice via online chat. With minutes, I got a reply and they asked if I could come in at 11. I was 30 mins away so I cut my gym session short and headed out. Upon arrival, everyone was nice. There was refreshments and wifi. They took a look at my car and put it on the lift to ch... This was a first for me to receive such service. Clean and organized garage and they have a secure parking lot for a variety of cars. After waiting a few more minutes, I was presented with this tiny rock that was lodged between my brakes and rotary. Apparently this is a common issue with Teslas. We laughed, they didn't want to accept payment, but I insisted since I did take up their time. I left at 11:34 am. I was pleased by the service here and the results. I honestly thought I had to replace my brakes by that screeching noise and my car at 91k mileage. But, I was fine. This place gained a loyal customer today.
I am incredibly pleased with the repair of my Mercedes. The team did an excellent job and worked hard to exchange the rear subframe that had rust wholes. They informed me about the work progress, send photos and videos and were very helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend Ecuservice to all my friends, great people there, great company.
