Exceptional installed our shower enclosure too high, came back multiple times and drilled more holes in our custom tile, but the installation was still too high and leaked. Their 'solution' was a temporary stick on vinyl ugly fin at the the door bottom. I suggested a different fix, but Exceptional abandoned us for seventeen months only to send us a bill for unfinished work later. They threatened collections action and did not offer to fix their work. We eventually settled on a lower price for the job, but I would have preferred that the installation was done right to begin with.

Exceptional Glass was a subcontractor on a home remodel we completed about four years ago. I recently contacted them because our shower door had started popping. They sent a technician out who fixed the issue within minutes. I also showed him another shower door, installed by a different contractor, that was leaking. He explained he would need to get a part and returned the following day to make the repair, which fully resolved the issue.
What impressed me most was that there was no charge at all. At a time when fuel, insurance, maintenance, and overhead costs continue to rise, I fully expected at least a trip charge.
