I had a chimney that was totally damaged I called various places looking for services only to be told they weren’t qualified to do the job, I therefore called Excel Fireplace & Chimney which was recommended by the fire chief of Havana. Excel has a qualified fireplace doctor who explained what the problems were and how to remediate them. They are very clear on explaining so I say 100% knowledgeable,definitely affordable, materials they use are of great quality, consciousness of cleaning and leaving your home as it were. I was also given my next year timeframe for chimney cleaning which is important for safety. This company went above and beyond! The assessment, the estimate, the office crew, all the way to the installers! Truly an amazing company. I had a cast iron wood burner put in my home. The only issue was my old house. Yet, the owner not only answered my questions and concerns but personally came out and helped with the issue my house created. I cannot recommend this company enough! If you’re looking for anyone in this field to do your job and make sure it gets done right and professionally please…do yourself the favor and hire them.
