I had some issues with my laptop and printer, talked with Jonathan and he fixed the problem ASAP over the phone/internet. Very helpful, and courtesy and their prices are great. Would recommend them to anyone, my question is why would you go anywhere else, they are a A+ in my opinion.
I went back to Exceed Tech today with some problems with my laptop, they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. These guys are really really good to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone, they are great.
I purchased a new iPhone and it had a ringer problem, talked to Apple and they sent me to Exceed Technology. They are an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and a good one at that. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics of the location or building. The service is excellent and the technicians are very knowledgeable about all ranges of IT work. You can trust them to work on anything you need help or assistance with, as they manage the majority of businesses in the area and surrounding counties, even to 50 miles out or more.

My mother was in this week she was having problems with the new phone I had gotten her. She had downloaded a pop up virus. They were so nice and helpful with her. Took the time to fix the issue and didn't even charge her. I would have been happy to pay for it. Thank you so much guys

Excellent customer service, quick workers, and friendly staff. I took my iPhone 6s in to have the battery replaced and they were able to help me right away even though I couldn’t get in until close to their closing time. It only took about 30 minutes and cost $35! Angela was super friendly! I was planning on driving all the way to the Apple store in Birmingham where I’m sure I would have had to wait at least an hour for them to help me. I’m glad I found out about Exceed. I’ll definitely go back if I need work on any Apple products.
