Excavating & Drainage Solutions installed a new sewer line from our house to the street today. Their work was quick and professional. When an unmarked gas line was discovered, they appropriately called in assistance to assure that work could continue safely. In less than a day, we are back to reliable sewer service.
We were getting water in our basement during heavy rain because the concrete pad outside of our basement doors was cracked and falling in towards our house. I contacted Excavating & Drainage Solutions and they promptly sent out Gabe, who assessed our problem and proposed adding drains to the concrete replacement and hard plumbing the drains and a nearby downspout away from the house. The old concrete pad was removed and two channel drains were strategically placed to assist in removing rain water. The replacement concrete was expertly installed and formed to channel rain water towards the drains. Workers took extra steps to reduce any damag... Gabe and the guys at Excavating and Drainage Solutions are top notch. Speed and customer service like nothing you get anywhere, anymore. I submitted a estimate request online and the next day got a call back to see when they could come out take a look and get an estimate worked up for me. While they were here doing the work, I was so impressed that I signed them up to do some more work for me. I cannot emphasize how great the communication was, conscientious they are and the amount of effort they put in to work WITH the customer and any of their concerns.
