It's wonderful to have a place like this close and not have to drive into Charlotte. I brought my iPad in on a Saturday and Mo serviced it quickly. He cleaned the charging port and let me know approximately the cost to replace the port. I really appreciated his honest thoughts on the cost/benefit of replacing the port. I ended up buying a new iPad, but because of the work Mo did I was able to send in my old iPad and get a decent amount toward the new one. I will definitely bring my devices here when needed in the future. Thanks!

Convient parking lot in front of business. Customer service representative was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced with merchandise.skilled in the use , transfer of data and servicing of phones etc. Was successful in assisting with everything that was a problem and getting it resolved..Excellent service. Mo is a professional! I wouldn’t bring my iPhone or watch to anyone else because he’s been at the same location and in business for more than a decade and so we sort of feel like we know him. Also he is fast and can repair any iOS device we have.
