Tech Robert showed up on time and ready to work. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a couple of options to fix the issue. After addressing the problem with my gate he also offered a quick maintenance check and offered some suggestions to improve the gate operation. No upsell or have sales push, just some suggestions that proved very helpful. He was helpful, friendly and best of all knowledgeable about my gate system and the best way to fix it. Very enjoyable experience
