I had a great experience with Evergreen Tech services LLC Service. They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my computer in a way I could understand, and the service was fast and reasonably priced. It’s refreshing to find a tech company that’s honest and genuinely cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend them for any computer or tech needs!
Tried calling them multiple times over several days for help. Someone picks up the phone (and you can hear people talking in the background) and they immediately slam the phone down again. Update: This is just wrong. No one's saying "hello? hello?", it's just picking up the phone and immediately slamming it down. We aren't driving across town to get in touch when there are other IT shops out there that do answer the phone professionally.
I brought in my broken laptop and received prompt help extracting all my files from the computer. Also got the charging port and speakers on my phone cleaned. In addition, I was provided helpful suggestions and information for both my devices. Service was knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. I plan to return if I have any tech issues in the future.
Wonderful service, Joe was able to recover and transfer all of my data from my phone when the screen died. His services were very reasonably priced and just overall just a great experience.
