I had an outstanding experience with Eurosports here in Norman, Ok. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The Service advisor was incredibly helpful and took the time to mention the recommended service needed for my 2020 GLE, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Eurosports service and I will be a returning customer.
My experience was better than anticipated. Went in on a Monday to see if they could replace my broken side view mirror on my 2024 MB C300. Service advisor was helpful, provided a cost estimate, and ordered what was needed. I was notified as soon as the replacement arrived and they were able to get my car in the next day. I appreciate that I knew the cost and how long it would take to complete the service. Each individual I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The pricing was fair and, when all was said and done, I paid just a little bit less than originally estimated. They were also spot on with their estimate of how long the service... These people are awesome…from the friendly, professional young lady at the service reception to the mechanics! We wish we would have known about them before when the Beetle needed a new wiring harness. If you have a foreign made car, please, go see them first! Thank you, Eurosport crew!!
