I originally came in for a second opinion and glad I did. Mercedes was kind enough to charge me $250 for diagnosing $12,000 worth of work over the 5 days they had it, just before Christmas- nope. St. Klaus (aka Kirk and the boys) at Eurofix quickly diagnosed the dash light problems with my 2007 230C and quoted a fair price (no diagnostic fee). They solved a loose ground wire problem at no charge. They even changed the oil and got “Hades” out of car hell; now a fully reliable car for my angel again. Thanks for being fast and reasonable, and for getting my daughter back on the road with integrity.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this center. I’m concerned about the level of honesty and truthfulness. We have dealt with the service center on a couple of occasions recently. They are located close by and it was convenient. Since the services have been completed, we have found that the pricing was on the high side compared to other local shops and the repairs that were indicated may have not been needed/necessary according to other shops. While waiting in the shop I overheard the phone conversations from the staff to other customers and was surprised by the level of rudeness. I took my land rover in to have some work done. Pretty extensive work (small leak onto the belt over time caused the pulley and the belt to shred - UGH!). Either way, they were professional, got me a very inexpensive rental and worked to help get the work covered under my warranty.
So, I went back to get my spark plugs changed out. This time - since it was my second time there - I really noticed how courteous, sincere and familiar the staff was. The waiting room was clean and they provided me a shuttle to my office AND picked me up. I picked my car at closing time on Friday the 19th. The check engine light came on and I texted them (ye...I took my land rover in to have some work done. I couldn't since I was heading to a Christmas party. But, here's the thing, they offered! On a Friday night after closing to make something right. Every other garage would have said..."we'll see you next week." I made an appt for 7AM on Monday and they identified and fixed the problem in an hour. Basically, the plugs were supposed to come pre-gapped and they weren't. So, the tech gapped them properly and reinstalled the plugs and no issues.
The point isn't that something went wrong. That happens with everything we do in life. I make mistakes daily. The point is/was how they handled the mistake and what they were willing to do to make it right. And THAT is what I appreciated most about my experience. I definitely trust them with my auto and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for yours.
