Great staff who are incredibly helpful and clearly appreciate working with one another. They even gave me a ride home when we decided my car needed to stay overnight. It's not cheap by any means, but you don't by a European car and expect cheap repairs. Plus, you get what you pay for. It's worth the investment and guarantee that your repair is going to be done right the first time.
We used EuroTech 10 years ago for an A6 we had and they were great....since then we moved to the mountains and recently had issues with a Q7. Our local shop said take it to the dealer, which we did. They came back with $7,000 to fix what it needed and a $12,000 to do everything that was an issue. Without hesitation we called EuroTech (we should have started there). They got us in on short notice did the repairs that were $7,000 from the dealer for under $3,000. They were also amazing about working with our schedule as were passing through while traveling. They were soooo much easier to work with than any of our local mechanics or the dealersh... Becky and the team were a pleasure to do business with. I had an unusual request for work done on my VW Golf R, not really expecting them to be willing to do it, but they did the research and were happy to! Their rates are very reasonable as well. Will definitely continue coming to them for service for my R!
