Came in for help with my battery. They got me right in less than 20 minutes and even gave me a new key ring for free. Best place in town to take your BMW.

Horrible customer service, the guy that takes the calls was very rude even when I was respectful. Called and asked when I could bring my car in they said Thursday. I get there Thursday and they said come back Monday. I come back Monday and he was acting like they never told me that. They took my car in and probably did a poor job on my car inspection. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Couldn't be happier with the services that were provided by this establishment. After dealing with negligence from another business that could have permanently damaged my vehicle, the staff at Euro Tec diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly while keeping me informed throughout the process. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent as well. I will only take my VW to Euro Tec from here on out. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Kept Mercedes a month and couldn't figure out what was wrong with. He carried it to another place and they already knew by the symptoms. I'm missing my owners manual out the glove box and the chrome pedal cover off the emergency brake pedal. I was mislead and time wasted. Very disappointed!
