Euro Spec is hands-down, the best place to take any of your European/ luxury vehicles. And it is the only place that I will take my Land Rover. I was quoted well over $500 from a different well-known place in the Tyler area just to walk in the door that requires you to get a specific point inspection just to get an oil change and the $500 doesn’t even cover the oil change…. Ridiculous. Well Rick and his whole team up at Euro-Spec are the Epitome of welcoming, fair and honest. They can always get me on the schedule when I call - usually next day or within a couple of days, which I so appreciate and they only do what is asked of them so you don... They can always get me on the schedule when I call - usually next day or within a couple of days, which I so appreciate and they only do what is asked of them so you don’t end up with an unexpected bill. They provide an estimate of recommended repairs and suggested timelines for maintenance but they NEVER pressure or push you into anything. Actually, I thought I needed breaks and they let me know that my breaks are fine for now and it wasn’t necessary to spend the extra money for the time being. As a woman, I can overly appreciate a mechanic shop that has integrity and takes of care of me opposed to one that attempts to make an extra buck or two off me. I can also appreciate the fact that I can go up there and bring my toddler with me and there’s a comfortable air conditioned indoor space for us to wait and hangout while my car is being worked on. They always make us feel welcome and even when she’s been loud or alittle rambunctious they’ve never made us feel like we were a bother. They have fair/great pricing and do exceptional work. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your luxury vehicle needs!
