Artemio did a superb job. I have a flat in North Beach and it was in dire need of refinishing. The work was done efficiently and quickly, I am very pleased . I also had my roof deck resealed and it's beautiful. His pricing was very fair and the work was done in less than a week. I highly recommend Estrada's Hardwood Floors. Thank You again.
No nonsense flooring professionals. After the Estrada crew did thier thing my floors are really flat, smooth, lusterous and beautiful. They carefully sanded then used orbital sander and applied stain +3 coats of oil based goodness. Perfect!

Artemio was absolutely fantastic. He is professional, detail oriented, very hard working, expert in his field, and genuine guy. He was always responsive, stuck to the schedule, and provided a very fine result. My floors were in fairly bad shape -- scratched and stained, hundreds of stiletto marks (from amazing parties I'm sure), cracking polyurethane, etc. He took great pains, replacing boards as necessary and made 100-year-old floors look brand new again. I could not be happier and would highly recommend Artemio.
