Had a great experience with them. They charged me a reasonable price. My iPhone 6 Plus screen was cracked and got replaced in 30 minutes! Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!! They are very fast, efficient and honest. Give them a visit!
I went to Tmobile store looking for a pin device to remove the sim card to reinstall to a phone they had sent me. I was a bit shocked when the rep said I would have to buy a phone because that's the only way they get them. Or I can go on Amazon to buy a bundle. I left the store a bit disappointed and thought I would try another place. I ran across ESM and proceeded to ask the gentleman at the counter if they had any. Without hesitation he went to the back and brought one out. When I asked him how much, he said nothing. Might be something simple but i was very grateful. Those big corporate stores have forgotten what true customer service is and it's very refreshing to know that it still exists with the local small businesses such as EMS. Would not recommend!!!!! Charged me $40 had my phone for 6hrs just to tell me there’s nothing they could do . I went to a different phone place & they fixed my phone in less than 4hours . Also they asked for the pin to my phone which was not needed . Dont even waste yall time and money on this place .
Very good experience. My phone was not charging the charging port had been "fried" ; bad charger evidently. Was concerned as I really didn't want to spend money on a new phone. It's an Android which I prefer can't justify a $1000+ phone. either. Brought it to these gentlemen and they said they felt that they could fix and THEY DID. It works fine, charges like it should. Should be good for a lot longer now without spending the rent money for a new phone. Hurrah! 30 day warranty as well. I am a very happy camper. Thanks guys Teri P
Daniel, the technician, is aces; of the highest standard. His professionalism, friendliness, strong work ethic, reasoning, ability to understand and trouble-shooting is of the highest degree. He enjoys shaking a guy's hand too, which is becoming a rarity nowadays. I have sent several of my friends & family members to him already & everyone is beyond satisfied with him. They also have fair prices. Went to Best Buy and they wanted me to first become a member for $100.00, plus charge an additional $100.00 for diagnostic, then they continued to charge me outrageous prices to fix my laptop. I almost paid $1,700.00. I thought it over & my bud... Daniel, the technician, is aces; of the highest standard. What a steal & you get the best tech dude around.
